Queen Elsa Steelheart she/her
Wondering if anyone here plays or played a musical instrument. Any kind. I'm a piano player myself. Iredomi
I've had an acoustic guitar since I was 15 but never really put much time into it until now (I'm 20 now) and things seem to be progressing well at the moment.
Erai Sedai he/him
I play rhythm guitar, was in a decent band I only consider myself an average player though, I was the song writer. And I've taught myself piano. Just a few certain things. If there was one instrument i wish i could master it'd be the piano for sure! This was some of the songs I wrote for the band if you guys wouldn't mind listening https://www.triplejunearthed.com/artist/say-it-forever

Eerongal he/him
I've been learning guitar over the past year. I like to think i'm getting pretty good. I've been using a site called "guitar bots" that's really neat for learning how to play, and pretty good at keeping you motivated (since it's a video game)
Terisen he/him
Guitar (like almost everyone else in this thread!). I did classical for years and then made an almost wholesale switch to the electric. I've actually been recording things with my friend who lives across the country from me. Thanks internet! I guess you'd call me a lead guitarist, though my friend and I trade lead lines. We're both leads? Seems weird. I have to put my 8 guitars to use somehow!
shortycake she/her
I picked up ukulele a few months back. Hopefully one day I can work my way up to a bigger instrument, like piano or guitar or, uh, banjo...or something. No pun intended, you all should band together and form some sort of awesome Cosmere band, ala Wizard Rock .
GreyPilgrim he/him
Viola, and the bass guitar.

Beach=reggae anyway. I like classical pieces, Elsa. I'm not proficient enough to play my most favorite ones though.
Tien'sPetLurg she/her
We have a music room full of things. My favorite is the steel drum. But I'm best suited for a triangle. My husband and son can make anything sound decent. I just make a ..um... Joyful noise. (Politest description ever)

+Quitecontrary she/her
Do you have a favourite composer? Is ukulele a difficult instrument? If you're playing the guitar, the ukulele is pretty easy to play. And I like Chopin, Rachmaninoff and Vivaldi, outside of the usual suspects (Beethoven et al) I'm learning thae Violin, but in Indian classical style... Hmm, the violin. Not the veena? If it was Indian classical than this is the instrument to use right?
Aonar he/him
No brass love I play the trombone. I've also been learning to play the acoustic guitar for a few years now. I do some rhythm, some lead, some fingerpicking; pretty well whatever strikes my interest.

And I like Chopin, Rachmaninoff and Vivaldi, outside of the usual suspects (Beethoven et al) I like Rachmaninoff too, but he is quite hard to play.Kabelevsky and Mozart are my favourite composers at the moment.
Terisen he/him
If you're playing the guitar, the ukulele is pretty easy to play. I dunno, I found it awkward. The difference in what the strings are tuned to messes me up. And the chord shapes are all different.
Queen Elsa Steelheart she/her
I play the harp. What can you play on the harp?Is it hard to play?
Elbereth she/her
I play a lot of things. Most of it is Celtic, classical, or Christmas, but here are some you would actually recognize: Let it Go (work in progress), Phantom of the Opera medley, Sound of Music medley, Under the Sea, Pachelbel's Canon in D, and Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring (which I was forced to learn in order to play at a wedding). It's not that hard, really. It's like the white keys on a piano turned sideways, only prettier. I don't have a pedal harp, which is what you see in orchestras. They're really big and heavy and harder to play, because you make strings sharp or flat using pedals. I have a lever/Celtic harp, which is smaller. You can only sharp notes, with little levers at the top of each string. Its name is Lulu (I did not name it), and it's cool because the previous owner put in lights (so I can see my music) and a place where I can plug in amps or tuners. That might have been a bit more than was necessary, but I talk about my harp a lot, so I just gave you the spiel. Sorry. Anyway, that's my harp. Yay.
