Heading for Saffron's shelter is probably more advantageous than heading for other shelters Saffron and Elsie share a shelter, mainly because Saffron could've killed Levi if I wasn't sleeping when exp's character killed him. Not a big problem though, but I think you have to get permission from the shelter owner in order to enter it.
