Cosmere Hunger Games - RP

The little ferret falls asleep in the blanket, it radiates warmth from it and it cuddles close to Marewill. A little buzz comes from the microphone by her shoulder that’s built in her suit.

In a hushed whisper you hear a French voice again. “This boy is not giving me much to work with.” It’s a huff, as if both suggesting you do something about it and complaining to you. It goes quiet.

I won't be able to RP much today. Keep me posted on anything crazy.

Also Tinker knows he's being contrary... he's pretty good at it. :D

Quelkin expertly scores a hits on his oppenent but falls back to block a hit that never comes. His oppenent had fallen back into a defensive position. So Quelkin puts on the pressure. He surges forward thrust forward with three quick jabs, looking for any openings that appear. He pauses for a second and tries to slam his stick down in an overhand swing. Just like the good old days with just you and the quarterstaff.

@Lord Spirit

Kresh ducks the blow and uses the opportunity to get behind his opponent. He swings at their arm, trying to disable them

Gavin took small, neat steps. His posture was perfect. He looked so different than he had before his…adoption. He looked and acted exactly like one of them. The stutter was the only thing he hadn’t lost.

He hated it.

“S-s-so,” he said to the daughter, “T-t-t-t-tell m-me a-a-about y-your-yourself.”

Jaksyn does shake his hand, and tells him his name. “No, I can’t tie any knots.” He looks at the vines, and bites off a bit, chewing slowly. “I can’t tell if they’re edible. And we’re going hunting.”

Jaksyn started heading in a direction that wasn’t the Casino.

Quote

He’s compounding at 60% extra Fortune, with about 20 mins left at the rate assuming stability. (4.2 minute charges at 100% left) if any of this makes sense to y’all. Anyways, I’d appreciate if a GM could either make Jaksyn swallow or spit according to the ediblity of the vines.

Also, sorry for the 9 hour gap, was literally “gone fishing”.

“Hunting. Cool. What’s our plan? Will we like sneak into someone’s camp, or lure them out by pretending one of us is alone, or will we set up an ambush, or…” Tondon suddenly realizes that every single one of those plans requires not talking. Determining that Jaksyn is much more competent than himself, Tondon decides to follow his lead, both in battle plans and snack choices, and begins munching on a vine to try to stay quiet. “These are kinda bland. And bitter. Maybe whoever we attack will have better food.”

Did you catch any impressive fish while you were fishing? I’ve gone fishing a few times, but all I ever get is bored, or minnows. My cousin caught and fried a flatfish one time though, it was pretty good.
Also, how are we gonna decide who we find? Wait for either volunteers or a GM?

As Quelkin slams his stick down towards his opponent they duck under the blow and use their momentum to expertly weave behind him. He feels a sharp pain on his left arm, causing him to drop his stick. He hurriedly picks it up and spins around to face his opponent well backing up. "Storms that hurts" he thinks as he goes into a defensive position, feet wide apart, with his stick in a two handed grip angled upwards and slightly towards his opponent.

Émeric leans over behind him and gently pats his back from his chair, being sure to not get too touchy. He leans over to his ear and whispers. “You are doing great, I’m proud.” Hes genuine with his words. He leans back up and nods to her.

Kresh, invigorated by his success, recklessly charges at his opponent, sweeping his stick in a large overhead arc.

Mark looks around at the plants and various activated spores to try and spot something edible. (He doesn't know you can eat verdant.) He also tries to locate a puddle for water, but he doesn't walk far.

It’s not hard; there’s mud and puddles all around.

Mark looks around for the cleanest looking one (Least amount of mud) and scoops it into his mouth, ignoring the fact that he might get sick from it. "Roy, this water's not too bad!"

“Actually, I kind of like that second idea. It would be better if you had Iron though, you could Pull me towards you when you saw someone or if they attacked. Let’s stick together for now.”

Jaksyn looks for any sign of a tribute in the distance, like wisps of Stormlight, or color distortion from a high Heightening.

“Yeah, they’re not great. But I’m getting the sense they’re not gonna kill us. Maybe.”

I’d love to talk about fishing, I think I’ll move that to the HG chat thread. Jaksyn is stably compounding at 60%, see above. GMs, would y’all help us find someone to fight?

"It would be better if I had iron. I feel like I'm missing one of my senses without ironsight. Where'd you get your chromium?"

Tondon also looks for other tributes, and continues choking down his vine.
