Astra smiled slyly, and dropped Rivia, not even glancing down as the blade disappeared.

"Is it even possible to defeat someone using one..." she repeated, more to herself than anyone else.

Then she stepped to the side as the tree fell.

Astra spun around to face him, her hair pulled back away from her face by the wind. She grinned, knowingly. As if there was some kind of... inside joke? A secret, perhaps?

Holding the spren, Roy looked back at Corin. "This better be worth it, Life before Death, Strength before Weakness, Journey before Destination." he said, his voice rough but resolute. The pain of his sacrifice was still fresh, but there was a new resolve in his eyes. He had made his choice, and there was no turning back.

Dougella looks around at the mostly barren landscape. "Where can we hide in this" she says, sweeping her arm around. It looks pretty open.

Jaksyn’s gut turned a bit. “Umm… can we talk about this later?” He felt anger seep into his voice. He shook his head. “What do we do with him?” He gestured to Quelkin with his axe.

The cold air hit Roy's face like a slap, sharp and bracing, as he stepped out of the building. Snow crunched under his boots with each step, the arctic wind howling around him, biting through his clothes and chilling him to the bone. He took a deep breath, the frigid air stinging his lungs, and tried to focus on the task at hand, pushing the pain of his recent loss to the back of his mind.

As he walked, he noticed a group of people gathered a short distance away, their figures huddled together against the biting wind. Curiosity piqued, Roy decided to investigate. He adjusted his coat, pulling it tighter around himself, and made his way toward them.

Dougella, HG Arena

Dougella glances at the sky, looking at the .... things that circled in the sky. "They look kind of cute" she squeals waving at one of them. She turns to Sharp, "It would be an interesting challenge riding one of those" she says, her eyes somewhat glazed over. She reaches for her stored luck, compounded of course. Let's see what I can do she thinks, her mind honing in on the challenge.

She notices a bush laden with berries, as well as a set of footprints in the snow. They look as if they came from…something with hooves.
