soyperson
Leaving for All East today! All East is a choir competition held in East Tennessee every year, this year it's in Maryville (about a half hour south of Knoxville), and I'm part of my school's freshman All East group (Seven freshmen were chosen so I feel lucky). There are gonna be a lot of people there and I'm excited (not to mention anxious). We leave at 1 PM (for reference, I posted this at 9:45 AM). (Wow, I used a lot of parentheses in this post)

(Wow, I used a lot of parentheses in this post) I remember choir competitions. They were my favorite thing in school after One Act Plays. We came in 2nd place in our state my senior year for One Act Plays. I don't even feel bad about not winning it cause the school that did win was totally awesome. Have fun today and be safe!
Briar King
@TwiLyghtSansSparkles you should be getting some weather in a bit with a drop of almost 30 deg after! It just passed LC and it's cooling down with a vengeance now.

AngelEy3 he/him
Minnesota here. We got a layer of ice today followed by 6" of snow... This was green at 8 am. It's now shortly after midnight. Spoiler
Arrae
Coming from someone who lives in Cali... What is this snow you speak of? On another note, it's finally raining here.
Briar King
Now this is a perfect example of what I mean when I said I feel for anyone north of me: Argo has dropped 2+ ft of snow in some areas and it just now only turned 49 here 2hrs after sun down lol. It is supposed to get down in 30's next 2 nights. Awesome sauce

AngelEy3 he/him
Yea, everything is frozen now. There's a layer of ice everywhere. It's 19 degrees and will be single digits by morning. 5 days ago it was 62.

Kaymyth she/her
Sigh. I hate winter. And yet the hard freeze last night means that the oak mite apocalypse has come, which is a thing to be celebrated. I am so torn.

The low tonight is 41, which is awesome. And yeah, any movement towards Stormlight 3 is worthy of celebration!

Am I the only one who pronounces WoB "wahb"? It's getting really cold in east TN, too, but it's mostly wind chill.
