Torian'Omil Stonespark
Hello everyone, I am new to 17th Shard...I was introduced to Mr. Sanderson's work when he took over TWoT and I promised myself that if he finished I would buy all of his books in triplicate. following through on that promise and I am glad I did... I am currently in Afghanistan and last night I was reading Book 2 of the Mistborn series and started laughing so hard that I had to pass 2 of my copies of book one to some of the other guys here. "He ate my horse." CLASSIC, needless to say I am loving the story, thanks for humoring me and letting me get this out.
happyman he/him
I know that at least a couple of folks sigged that line. I can totally understand that.
Observer
Loved that line. Mistborn (Particularly 2 and 3) has and needs a good mix of humor to throw off the depression. Breeze getting mocked by everybody Spook-style is another great one.
happyman he/him
I just thought of a great line for a Mistborn fantasy set with modern technology: A funeral procession is halted by a group of rampaging Koloss. One of the folks involved gets into a fight with the leader of the Koloss. When he is taken in to give a statement to the police, the reason he gives? "He ate my hearse."
