I can't think of a reason why that would not be the case. If he can see the future, too, using some of his magic (Allomancy or otherwise), he might cast a lot of shadows. In a world where normal people have one shadow and those that can see the future have several, Hoid having _no_ shadows at all would be just plain amazing. But I'm going to have to agree with those Shardlet that he would have a single one. From what we know of Hoid I don't think he has any future vision granting powers apart from the one that somehow lets him know where important stuff is happening and I highly doubt that could be used to split his shadow.
