Spren and Shattering and Splintering

Well, this discussion seems to have gone a tad off the rails ;) Not that I mind, it's interesting. As for Warbreaker,

My personal idea on the matter is that Divine Breath healing relies not on the receiver's image, but giver's, in something of a contrast to other styles of Investiture-based healing. In other words, when Lightsong gives Susebron his Divine Breath, the Breath is "coded" with Lightsong's knowledge of what the "complete" Susebron should be like, complete with Lightsong's awareness of how to speak. To use another example, if this pet theory of mine happened to be correct, a if person who's been unable to walk since birth was healed by a Returned, they wouldn't have to learn walking, because the knowledge would come from the Returned. How this is accomplished, I have no idea. Maybe part of the Returned's spiritweb is carried along for the ride, or somehow "stamped" into the Breath?
