I've also read, in order, The Ways of King, Words Radiance, The Emperor's Soul, Warbreaker, and The Rithmatist. Based on what you said, you should read all of Mistborn (if you haven't already), the Reckoner's trilogy, Arcanum Unbounded (it is great ), and the Alcatraz series (for kids, but its actually pretty interesting, as well as comical).
