For Oathbringer to be a Blade, that means the Radiant it was bonded to participated in the Recreance(or broke it separately at some point before/after, but most likely the Recreance). However, as stated before, Spren have names of their own. The KR don't "name" their Shardblades, per se. Even if they did, that name wouldn't get passed down during the Recreance.
