When first removed, they make excellent toys, though that’s irrelevant to us. What is relevant is that when they are stretched, they make a huge, transparent, nearly unbreakable platform. By steadily covering the earth in several large sheep’s bladders, we can lift up all of civilization, giving our workers room to go down and use other sheep’s bladders to fill in the cracks between the tectonic plates, so that no more earthquakes can be caused.
