Delightful
I thought I already did? EDIT: Oh, never-mind. Just had to refresh the page. Did we BOTH accidentally downvote that post?
Aether he/him
Did we BOTH accidentally downvote that post? No, I meant that I saw the down-vote and up-voted it before you made your post.
Aether he/him
Does anyone know what Brandon's "Most Ancient" rank is referencing?
Alvron he/him
In Way of Kings. About halfway through Sigzil is talking about the kingdom Babatharnam where the King is called Most Ancient as he is the eldest.
GreyPilgrim he/him
In Way of Kings. About halfway through Sigzil is talking about the kingdom Babatharnam where the King is called Most Ancient as he is the eldest. Hmmm... I wonder why the Most Ancient is considered so powerful. Above a Mistborn.
Aether he/him
Hmmm... I wonder why the Most Ancient is considered so powerful. Above a Mistborn. Maybe Chaos is privy to information that we are not. Maybe the Most Ancient has access to powerful magic?
bartbug he/him
Or maybe Brandon's most ancient because he's been Atium Compounding.
Awesomeness Summoned he/him
The change form spinner to seer was 800
Tempus
Is there an updated list around here of the ranks? I know some boards (some others I moderate) have nice lists of all currently discovered rankings, but as we're left to discover them here, I'd be interested if anyone is keeping up a table.
Awesomeness Summoned he/him
Go the the very first page of this thread about three posts down. Claincy is keeping it up to date
Kobold King he/him
Or maybe Brandon's most ancient because he's been Atium Compounding. That is correct, bartbug. Brandon Sanderson has lived through the centuries, writing novels and taking pseudonyms. All the great writers of history have been one man... and now he's ready to hint at the truth in his largest-scale project yet. So you thought White Sand and Dragonsteel were BranSan's earliest projects? Think again... and re-read the Epic of Gilgamesh for the hidden Hoid cameo.
Kurkistan he/him
At 1146 and Returned, though I didn't see the transition. I'm fairly sure 1144 was still the Waffle Cook.

Kobold King he/him
Be right back, searching Mistborn e-books for the word "waffle"...
Darkness he/him
I volunteer as tribute. If people would like me to, I could create a separate profile with another email address (so as not to hoodwink the readers of my theories into believing me) to accrue reputation points and report on exactly when the boundaries occur between reps. This could be much more entertaining than simply asking (pfft! Who does that?!) And, I'd even let the esteemed 17th sharders pick my profile name
Awesomeness Summoned he/him
I already have a dummy account I made for Stick to ensure that name wasn't abused if you just wanted to use that.
Aether he/him
I'm in! I already went and up-voted the two posts Stick has made. Imagine Peter and Brandon's reactions when the Stick is the highest reputed poster on the forum! EDIT: On an unrelated note, I seem to have switched from Shardbearer to Full Shardbearer on 860 Reputation Points. Claincy he/him
Yay! I just discovered the hard lower boundary of Ghostblood for myself. Feels good to actually discover something myself for a change Not that I don't really appreciate everyone's help of course.
Argent he/him
At 1146 and Returned, though I didn't see the transition. I'm fairly sure 1144 was still the Waffle Cook. I am moving through the last few points (at 1140 now) of the waffle cook, I'll keep an eye on the transition point. Aether he/him
I think a lot of these ranks are really innovative and fun, but there seems to be a dead-zone between Svrakiss and Sentient Awakened Object. Worldbringer is kinda cool, I guess? And while (Full) Shardbearer is powerfull, 'tis rather bland. I am REALLY looking forward to Scadrian Waffle Cook and Tarachin Superstar, though.

Awesomeness Summoned he/him
What do you mean by comparative rep?
Swimmingly he/him
Listing people's rep in a decreasing list
Awesomeness Summoned he/him
I don't think there is anything that lists everyone's rep in descending order (that would make discovering the rep's much easier). The only thing i know of is the Top 50 list.
Argent he/him
1145, Returned. I missed the upvotes after 1140, but if Kurk is confident about 1144 still being the cook, the 1145 has to be the cutoff.
