I like to think of it as similar to the whole "all squares are rhombuses, but not all rhombuses are squares." Thus, all nobles are noble-blooded but not all noble-blooded people are nobles. Exactly as Blaze said. Mistborn Era 1 Spoiler: Vin is noble-blooded, since she's half noble/half skaa. Same thing with most members of the crew. Elend, on the other hand, is a noble through and through. He's noble-blooded on both sides of the family and has the surname to back up his nobility. Getting really close now I've been keeping a general eye on your rep as you got closer to it and I'll be making sure to check more frequently now.
