I don't have a name for it When i listen to music I think about life I think about hardship I think about strife Laying in my bedroom Silent in the night Staring at my whitewashed walls Holding my subdued pillows tight So tight that they might break like me Hoping nobody walks in Sees me crying uncontrollably Hiding under a burdensome blanket Crushing like my hopes and dreams And asks if somethings wrong Im ok, im ok, im ok, I tell myself everyday But deep down in my chest My heart feels a shadowy grasp At home at school at work at play Sitting away from the group Always on the verge of tears On my friends swing alone Going back and forth like all thoughts go Hoping nobody sees the broken in me But through it all and ever still If my friends were drowning I would lift them up and out Even if it required me going under Edited July 16 by strmblsd 5 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
