Edit: This is my 900th post!

“What’s so wrong with it glowing? Is magical! What’s not to like about it?”

A great racket could be heard coming from the kitchen as Lunamor began making the waffle. This time he infused the mixture with Stormlight before pouring it in the waffle maker. When it finished cooking, it came out glowing white.

”Perfect!”

He squirted extra whipped cream and chocolate sauce onto the waffle, then brought it outside to Ene.

”Here you go! This waffle, he is the best in the Cosmere,” he said with a flourish.

Also, apologies if I stink at this. It’s my first time role playing :P

“Hmm... perhaps his new command can be ‘taste delicious’? We should also start charging a breath per Awakened stew. That way we don’t spend way too much making it, and the customer can get their breath back when they eat the stew.”

20 hours ago, Shard of Thought said:

Shard of Thought raised a thoughtful eyebrow. She leaned in, grabbing the sphere's from the countertop and winked, grinning. "No promises," she said. Pocketing the money, she turned around, running a finger along the shelves. She selected no less than three bottles on various levels. None of the glass bottles had any labels and the differences in color barely distinguished any of them. Placing the bottles on the countertop, Shard of Thought reached down into the cupboards, pulling out a simplistic glass cup, enough to hold about 5 ounces. She poured the liquid from one bottle into the cup filling it a little over halfway. The next bottle contained a thick orange substance, but when poured into the clear liquid poured before, it turned blood red. As it settled in the bottom of the glass, Shard of Thought picked up the third bottle and offhandedly poured some into the mixture. Mist rose from the glass, the liquid turning blue. Using the other hand to mix the drink with a spoon, she pulled a tiny vial from her pocket and uncapped it, putting just a drop in the glass. Nothing happened. Pushing her blonde hair aside, Shard of Thought leaned down. And blew on the surface of the liquid. The drink bubbled, little purple sparks being kicked up. When it settled, the glass was filled with a molted blue and violet liquid. With a pinch of something silver and a lemon slice to finish, she grinned, pushing the glass forward. "How's that?"

Itiah looked at drink curiously. Well, it sure looked like if there was any drink that looked like it could help him, it was this.

He took the glass and held it up. Was it even real, though? Maybe was just a figment of somebody else’s imagination. And this was a perk. “To existence,” he said, downing the entire drink and placing it on the countertop. He closed his eyes, and felt drowsy. And good. Storms, the drink was good. The taste and the coolness still stuck on his tongue as he began to lose touch of reality, to drift. He opened his eyes and smiled, but then closed his eyes again and quietly enjoyed the sensation.

He was drifting. Could you imagine that? Could you imagine the feeling? No. Which meant the feeling was the only real thing in his life, his field of dreams. But if the feeling was real, the drink was, which meant the mixer was. And the mixer had interacted with the bar, and the bar was real and she’d interacted with Itiah which meant... what did that mean? He was real? But... the logic was flawless. He smiled, and his eyes widened. He was real! Because, a feeling like this couldn’t be replicated, it cut through his haze like a knife and he laughed.

“Thanks,” he said, placing a skymark tip on the counter and basking in the new feeling, of decisiveness in his existence.

Dapper removed a group of bottles from a crate marked ROSHARIAN WINES: TEN PIECE VARIETY PACK. He also pulled a few items, seemingly at random from under the bar. Then he began to work, pouring a small amount of each wine into it's own small glass, then adding a few drops of various random liquids to each glass and stirring. He took a larger glass from under the bar and placed it on the top.

Dapper poured each type of wine into the glass, with the most alcoholic first and the least alcoholic last at the top. Somehow, the wines didn't mix, but instead sat on top of each other, like strata.

"Tada!"

Shard of Thought laughs. "That's beauteous."
