Honestly. Insults. Love them.

Alliaceous.

It means you smell like freaking onions and garlic. Nobody can tell me that there is a better insult than that and: Lots Of Salsa Extra Rice.

Sesquicentennial

Spoiler

a 150th anniversary

Spoiler

In the '87 a news crew was doing a montage of people trying to spell the word in honor of Michigan's sesquicentennial. I grew up in a sign shop and we had been making products for the event for months, so when I was stopped by the crew at a local mall and told they would give me $20 if I could spell it and allowed them to film me trying, I rattled it off easily and won the $20.

They did not air that footage. . .

I can't believe nobody said oboe yet. Probably because nobody knows what it is.

It's a musical instrument of the... uh, the band variety. (Sorry. I know nothing about band instruments except that they exist... Oboe's a reed, right? I know it's not a woodwind, but I'm not sure if it's reed or brass.) It is a fun word, though; glad you brought it up!
