I just re-read it, and I still love it, even if I see more of its flaws. If forced to pick a favorite character, it's probably Sazed or Kaladin. Hero of Ages is probably one of my most favorites, because of the amazing ending. Ah, I love the two. The only places the words "The Final Empire" appear is the copyright info and the title page, and who looks at that? At the very least, it's certainly a bit misleading.
