I am not familiar with the actress or TV series of Doctor Who so I just looked her up as a good choice.

I rember him saying middle eastern as well. How do you picture the Shin I see them as wicked white almost albino assian people.

To me I have not pictured any of the Kholin as asian ether white or middel eastern. But that's one of the best things about books everybody creates their own world within their Mind's Eye when the reading these epic books

Seeing how we are going to have alot of young Dalinar in flahbacks when Oathbringer comes out it got me wondering about Dalinars brother and who couls play him or at least who I think I could Envision him as. I think Ed Quinn would be great. I also think Jason Momoa would be an excellent young Dalinar the Blackthorn.

That's interesting but I love that name so I hope he goes by that in his own book.

It would be cool if he brakes the 4th wall in his own book. As if he is taped in the head. I think a young Daniel Day-Lewis would be an excellent actor to play him.

That sound great! I don't know if it's just me but ever since I started reading Brandon Sanderson and everything else is really kind of been  subpar compared to his books. I wish the book was 2164 pages at least we'll take me awhile to read it I can never get through books quick anymore because of my kids. So this should give me a good month of reading.

Hahaha. I was thinking more of a mix of the 2 movie style one more epic fantasy (star wars) the other more sci-fi (star trek).

As soon as you said that shatting cause was from 1st vessels I rembered haha sorry. Thats is talked about in the book of short stories correct. For the life of me I cant think of the name. In a way I am happy that I am wrong bc I want to be totally in thw dark with thw ending of the cosmer and be completely surprised. I love Sanderson books  he is my opinion the best author out there rightnow 

Does anybody think the end of the cosmere will be  Epic  Star Wars/ Star Trek type  Space Opera with all the cosmere planets joining up in a space Armada taking on some huge alien entity that was the cause of the original shattering. Stormlight  would be more like thr starwars side and Mistborn star trek

Random aside, it's rather amusing that one of the stars of Stargate Atlantis is going to be playing the king of a different Atlantis.

Im sorry I must be missing something. I remmber Stargate Atlantis and actually didn't like him at all on that show. Where is the Atlantis in Stormlight Archives

I was looking at promotional photos for justice league and thought hey Jason Momoa would be an unbelievable young Dalinar. 

To add to this after seeing the Dark Tower trailer just stop and tink how epic Wax fight sceans good be with his guns. 

I just watch Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them with my wife and absolutely loved it Watched it two days in a row. I couldn't help but think of Wax and Wayne while watching the movie I feel like it time frame appropriate being in the 20s. 

My favorite character is Dalinar Kholin. The guy has become my favorite character from not only the Stormlight Archive but from any book series I have read. Favorite battel scean hmmmm The duel that Kaladin jumps in to Help Adolin was probley one of my favorites

I am so excited I can't wait till November I know they have 2 more draft to go through but I just want the  book to come out sometime in the summer it feels like everything's wrapping up so quickly.  The rumors I've heard there is  going to be it interior recover and then a back cover as well I know they have to do the interior at work but I'm sure that well within the process if the book covers already done

This gets me so excited. Jasnah is one of my favorite characters who who am I kidding I love all the characters from this book series period but I love on tour.com Michael Whelan shows his process and explains things it's so interesting. It sounds like this is going to be some absolutely epic battles in this book.  And just think if the rumors are true we're going to get a second and third cover for the interior of the book. And all the in book art. O man this so exciting. Brandon Sanderson book are just simply on another level then all the other Epic Fantasy.

I just watched a new Q&A/readings from I beluve Boston on YouTube last night and said when asked about the Animated Series for one of his books. Saracen stated he would love that but the interest is not there for an adult animated series. He went on to say that he would be interested in a stranger's things type show on Netflix for one of his books series.
