Hasharan pushed his ryshadium, the fastest in the stable, to cruise ahead of the rest of the crowd. Just as the Yetis noticed him coming, he soared over the ridge with his enormous iron hammer in one hand, and shard bow in the other. He leaped from his mount who had begun to trample the sleeping yetis as he cast his hammer at a large yeti. He then notched an arrow and shot it straight through the eye of that same yeti.

Bean turns away from the strange sight and soul casts a wall between him and them.

Bean feels lonely as he slumps in the corner.

"It pains me, but my servant AJ is one of the best there is. I will not let him fall." The projectile approaches the cognitive presence of Thought as it turns into a pure gold energy.

Hasharan nodded and scribbled a message alerting Jacien of the attack mark. "We're ready to ride out now."

The projectile doesn't turn to mist. "No," Calamity said. AJ fires another shot.

WHO THE STORMING HECK VOTED SKYBREAKER???

Calamity is baffled. He alerts AJ who fires an even more special shot at Thought's cognitive form.

The metal petals persist in attacking. They begin to shred at her spirit.

AJ knew there was only one way to upset his aim. He put a special clip in his gun and focused on the continual force on his mind, and fired 8 shots.

Calamity pushed back. AJ had worked out beforehand that he would help him in everything. He teleported away and Blasted Thought's host with a plasma blast.

As a freeze ray hit her.

AJ felt himself losing control. So he closed his eyes and focused on the fading space in his mind. He then fired. Calamity wouldn't let him miss.

The baby was different though...

AJ allowed Calamity to shield himself from her telepathy. He focused on her location in the spiritual realm again and teleported there, firing strange lasers.

It's all right!

They are now...

"You underestimate me!" The shot ran true and headed straight for Thought. AJ unleashed a barrage of plasma bolts behind.

I used to be a huge geek about MTG before I moved on to Sanderson. I know my stuff. Le Sigh has no more counter spells.

AJ closes his eyes and feels Thought's mental presence. He focuses, and fires straight at her, no matter where she is.
