    In case y'all were wondering, update on that story I mentioned last SU: I'm still having trouble actually writing plot, but I'm having a ton of fun writing the first chapter, which I will put in creator's corner once I finish it. :D <-  I can make emojis tiny now!

      I admire anyone who is willing to start writing a first chapter before they decided on (at least the rough outline of) the entire plot. I'd never bring myself to do that. Call it a weird kind of fomo.

      Hah, i don't mind doing it because it is really just an introduction of the characters. Also i have the beginning pretty much down, because @ShardShaper helped outline the first few chapters.

    I actually want to move back to my hometown. i've moved now but i grew up in the bad part of a good neighborhood in DC and will always be a kinda-unsafe-but-has-it's-charm type of city person (lol). We didn't move to far, though, and while i want to go back to DC eventually, i like where i am now. TPBM is happy about something that happened recently.

    The only X name in the cosmere is Xisis, who, funnily enough, has not appeared in any books but was revealed by Sanderson when a fan asked if there were any X names because they were making a Cosmere A-Z thing. Lol

    It's saaad though, i have this cool magic system and really well thought put characters and a cool basic premise, but whenever i sit down and try to actually write the plot, i can't :(

      I am currently writing about 8 books. And ya the plot can be the hardest part. Sometimes you just have to make yourself try and write something. It helps to find your writing voice and the style that fits you. Maybe try writing short story backgrounds on the character and use those to figure out what kind of plot would fit those kind of characters.
