After a taste of the first Laurellen's hunger grew and she searched for her next meal. Finding them quickly and draining them of their investiture. @Eluvianii

The shades were hungry and Laurellen even hungrier. Her shade floated toward the unmoving one. They would make a tasty meal so she could touch her beloved scythe. She touched the person and reveled in their investiture. Pure and sweet tasty. She floated away leaving a shriveled Corpse fading to dust and a new pair of glowing red eyes. @Szeth's Facepalm

The woman smiles and walks over to Eddie. She rests her palm on Eddie's head and breathes in. The fire flowing from Eddie into the stranger. She begins glowing with a fiery inner light and vanishes in a gout of flame once it's all gone. "Well...I guess that solves that."
