I got into a fight with my parental unit, then realized I was completely in the wrong. Sometimes I have to force myself to just let it go. Classic rock hasn't failed me yet.

I definitely didn't just cut a sizable chunk of my hair out on whim. I totally did not take that hair and braid it into a ring because I went down an internet rabbit hole and thought hair jewelry looked cool. That would be irresponsible of me.

Band concert status: hooray, we got it over with.
Not my worst performance ever (no tornadoes this time), but definitely not my best. I've been gone all last week, and I come back and learn that I actually have duties as the first chair flute. (everyone... staring at me...) I brought the wrong music onstage. I'm lucky the song was so easy and repetitive. My poor, sweet stand partner didn't even get annoyed; she's amazing.
This performance sounded the best out of any band I've been in, though. Having competent brass players makes a difference. It wasn't quite as good as the symphony orchestra though.
At least I didn't forget my flute this time. Or give the first chair cellist a cheeseburger. Both of those things end badly.

Just finished TLM. Spoilers ahead.
SpoilerWayne died in the best way possible. Anything else would've been detrimental to his character. I'm still sad to see him go, though...
SpoilerI also felt like the book was paced a little weirdly. All the answers were revealed early on in the book, making it easy to predict what was going to happen. Overall, it felt like just a lot of building for era 3. That's fine, but I was hoping for a little bit more.
SpoilerStill a lot better than most of the random trash I find on library shelves, though. I'm sad that Kelsier didn't play a huge role...

Yeah this is such a scam. If you look up the website f-o.boats that is shown in the screenshot then you get a security error(if you use google with safe search enabled.

You will need to learn to drive sometime.
The earlier you get it the more time you have to practice.
Especially practice parking, that's hard to do, until you have practice.

Have you ever been backing out of a parking spot, but then you forget to switch into drive before you accelerate? I did that multiple times today. Just about gave my mother a heart attack.
