Rex could feel his arms around her, making her skin tingle. "You make it better." She said, almost without thinking.

Rex snuggled into his chest, smiling, and a little breathless. "Thank you." She whispered, afraid of ruining the moment.

She offered no resistance, and was held close to him. She didn't pull away from the kiss, or even open her eyes.

Rex deepened the kiss slightly, bringing her hands up and into his hair.

She smiled back softly, kissing his lips.

Rex sighed, leaning into his touch. "I'll never get enough of this." She whispered.

"I love you to." Rex sniffed, drying her eyes on the cloth of his shirt.

*shrug* I'm well enough to win, so that's something...

Rex only held on tighter, burying her face in his chest.

Rex nodded- slowly this time, and wrapped her arms around him. Her sobs slowly subsided, and she took a deep, shuddering breath.

"Broken" She whispered.

*food munching sounds* HEWOOOO

Rex stopped trying to get away, instead, turning and sobbing into his shoulder. "Can't live- any longer-" She sobbed, voice breaking.

"I'm sorry-" She choked out, tears rolling down her face. She jerked her sleeve back down, hiding, always hiding. Leave. There is no place for you here anymore. Rex tried to get up and leave the room. @Lightweaver2

Rex carefully rolled up her sleeve, exposing several dozen large pale scars that stretched longways across her skin. "I did it." She whispered. "I did it all."
