Jacin's eyes snapped open as he felt Freja move. "Good morning." He said, yawning and also sitting up. "Breakfast's right here for you both my Darlings." Anna set down the tray, kissed the top of their heads, and waddled back into the kitchen from where she came. @Weaver of Lies

The Next Morning Anna walked into the living room carrying a tray full of breakfast food. There were hot buttered rolls, fresh jelly, steaming coffee, tea, still-warm muffins, eggs, and sausage. "Good morning Sweeties!" She said brightly to the two sleepers.

He watched her sleep, his eyes growing heavy until he succumbed to the sand man also.

He smiled softly, though she couldn't see, and held her securely.

"Then I'll be here." He said firmly.

"Only if you want me to."

"I'm fine. But you should sleep."

"I don't think so." He said.

*GASP* M-MY C-CHILD-D Y-YOU T-TRIED T-T K-KILL M-MY C-CHILD-

"Yeah... so am I." He whispered, gently and carefully returning her gesture and wrapping one arm around her.

He didn't notice her expression, looking down instead. "Anna."

"Oh... I don't know... this and that.."

"I'm glad I an make you happy." He smiled absently at her, not noticing her blush.

"I... I'm sorry. Just... don't want to scare you is all." He intentionally relaxed his body completely.

"Good." Jacin was unconsciously clenching one hand into a fist, so great was his effort not to scare her by wrapping her in his arms.

Jinx shook her head vigorously. "S-st-tay a-a-w-way-y!" She shrieked.

She scrambled back, breath hitching in her throat. "N-n-no!"

"Is this ok?" He whispered.
