He slowed and came alongside her.

"I think you do." She trailed her hand down his jaw, fingers brushing the faint stubble on his chin.

Jacin was hardly breathing hard. He was used to running. "Freya!" He called after her. "Stop running!"

"I think you are." She said quietly, running a gentle hand through his hair.

He was rapidly gaining on her.

"Why not? You need it."

He saw her and ran after her.

She shoved away her concerns. "You need sleep, you know." She said quietly.

Jacin walked out the door, trusting the care of the house to the servants.

"Broken." Her voice cracked and the tears fell faster.

"I don't think that's who I am..."

"Do you know who I really am?" She looked up at him, light violet eyes shinning with tears that spilled over and ran down her face. "Does anyone?"

"I think no one knows who I really am..." She whispered, head down.

"I can't let people see... who I really am." She whispered, the last part nearly inaudible.

"And... if they do?" Her voice wavered slightly.

"The children saw..." She whispered, suddenly fearful. She subconsciously stiffened in his arms.

"Okay..." She was relaxed enough that she was starting to feel sleepy. Rex wondered if Daniel was starting to feel tired... and if he would leave to go back to his own room.

"I love you... I'm sorry about all this." She whispered after a while.
