Her lips twitched as she tried not to smile.

She shivered and snuggled closer before settling again.

Rex stayed silent, waiting to see if anything would happen.

She continued pretending, very much appearing like she was already asleep.

Echo turns, listening. Echo scrambles over to the bars. "Fox?" She whispers sharply, "What's happening?"

Rex slowed her breathing, making it deep and even, appearing asleep, but not fully falling asleep.

"Can I see it?" Echo asked, pointing to Elsa's bandaged wound.

"Are we still in the games? Who shot us..."

Echo opens her eyes to. Her shoulder burs and she looks over at Elsa. "I'm here. But where are we?" "Why aren't we...?" She whispered back, stiting up.

"Mm... yeah, sleep..." She relaxed, squeezing his hand gently.

Echo's eyes fall closed. "I... love you Elsa..." She falls unconscious, squeezing her hand. @Part Of The Narrative

"Elsa!" Echo tries to sit up, but feels dizzy. She gropes for Elsa's hand, gripping it tightly. @Part Of The Narrative

Echo blinks back tears, collapsing. "What... who?"

"I... I never told you... the peacemakers took them all last year. I don't know where they are, or if they are still alive. I have no one left to live for anyway..."

"I'll be glad to get out of here, glad when my hand gets better... but I love this." She said slowly.

Echo followed Fox, trying to go faster, while also talking to Elsa. "I..." She stopped short. "I don't want your family to die, because of me." She looked at Elsa

She shrugged. "If you say so..." She glanced at him. "How are you doing with... everything?"

"I...I... you would...?" Echo stares at her, shocked.

She sighed. "I could take a nap..." She whispered. "But I think... you should to..."

Echo glances at Elsa, and follows her cautiously.

"This is perfect." She whispered, feeling the warmth of his body next to hers.

Echo shakes her hand. "Hello, Fox I'm Echo, and this is my friend Elsa." Echo smiles at Fox.

She laid her head against his chest, brushing his hand with her good one and relaxing. "I think so to.."
